In the AI era, generating code is easy. Knowing what to build is rare. My chaotic path—the failures, the pivots, the hard-learned lessons—gave me something AI doesn't have: taste.

Visual Thinking
Visual thinking: I think in diagrams, not prose. My specs are drawings before they're documents.
Async-first
Async-first: Asynchronous communication is more efficient. We talk when it's useful, not to fill a calendar.
Integrity
Integrity: I refuse projects where I have to lower my standards. I'd rather decline than deliver mediocre work.
Open door
Multi-month or fractional architect missions, remote-first: the door is open. On-site presence is useful at the start, never a standing contractual obligation.
